Uptown Fashion Wear wants customers to have a clear understanding of our return and refund process before making a purchase.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

The return request must be submitted within the applicable 30-day return period.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item should generally be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• In its original condition
• Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
• Returned with original tags attached, when applicable
• Returned with original packaging when reasonably available

Certain products may have additional return conditions if those conditions are clearly stated on the applicable product page.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene, safety, customization, or other legitimate business reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return.
• If an item is non-returnable, the applicable restriction should be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
• Customers should contact us before sending an item back if they are unsure whether the item qualifies for a return.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact:

Email: info@uptownfashionwear.com
Phone: +13136879734

Please provide:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Email address used for the order
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return
• Relevant photographs, if requested

We will provide return instructions after reviewing the request.

Please do not send merchandise to the business address without receiving return instructions, as the correct return destination may depend on the order.

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping fee: Customer responsibility

Unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping an eligible return back to us.

The original standard shipping charge is not applicable to our current standard shipping offer because standard shipping is free.

Returns for Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and photographs or other relevant information when requested so that we can review the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be attributable to an error on our part, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other available solution.

Return Inspection

Returned merchandise may be inspected after it is received.

A refund may be delayed or denied if the returned item does not satisfy the applicable return conditions.

Refund Processing

After an eligible return has been received and approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time: Up to 10 days after the return is approved.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may also depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Restocking Fee

Restocking fee: Free / No restocking fee

Uptown Fashion Wear does not charge a standard restocking fee for eligible returns.

Exchanges

If an exchange is available for the specific item, customers should contact us before returning the product.

Availability of an exchange may depend on inventory, size, color, and product availability.

If an exchange is not available, the customer may be directed to return the original item and place a new order.

Return Deadline

Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Items returned after the applicable return period may not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by Uptown Fashion Wear.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

We do not intentionally change the refund method without customer authorization or a legitimate payment-processing requirement.

Return Policy Changes

Any changes to this Return and Refund Policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Customers should review the policy before making a purchase.
